The Employment Tribunal decided that the entire series of deductions counted as one incident and that claims can be heard against them.

ASOS Deductions are going to the Employment Tribunal

In 2022 and 2023, QMUL imposed draconian deductions to deter participation in industrial action. Members have been successful in getting an Employment Tribunal hearing scheduled for 2023 deductions.
